Finding purpose through creating
Parker Simonne Designs was established in 2017 after a cathartic trip to Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
My desire to create comes from a desire to live a more creative life.
I decided to take a leap of faith and spend more time seeking ways to make my work life more meaningful and to be more intentional in my creative endeavors.
After over years working in the Gerontology field I started to imagine new possibilities.
parker + simonne designs is a step towards living a more authentic, engaged life.
My inspiration is rooted in a love of world travel, global textiles and the need to find comfortable and colorful wearable art that looks great on many BODY types.
I hope you find something you like in what I create.

Made with SOLID African Indigo cloth from Mali + baule textile from the Cote d' Ivoire coast.
Other textiles are from Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
Each jacket is made one of a kind by a human, not a machine. Well over 10 hours of labor.
